What are your bags made from?

Our bags are made from high density polyethylene fibres. A man made synthetic material

Are your bags made of paper?

No, they are made of a material that is far stronger but weights approx half as much as paper.

Are your bags really waterproof?

The material the bags are made of will resist water. However the zips and openings are not waterproof

Where are your bags designed?

All of our bags are designed in the UK by a team of young designers

Are your bags really tearproof?

Although our bags can be cut with sharp objects, under everyday conditions they will prove to be virtually tearproof.

Are your bags lined?

Yes, all our bags are lined. Most also have an internal zipped pocket

Are your bags safe?

Yes, the material the bags are made of pass FDA testing to have direct contact with food. The material is completely non toxic

Will your bags stain my clothing?

Absolutely not. The material and the printing will not rub off in any way

My bag is crumpled/creased, can I iron it.

NO! The crumples are designed to give the bag character. DO NOT IRON. Keep the bag away from strong direct heat sources.

Can I take my bag to the beach.

Absolutely! The bags are made of UV resistant material and you do not have to worry about them getting wet!

I spilt something on my bag?

Simply wipe it off with a damp cloth. The bags are extremely stain resistant.

How should I clean my bag?

We recommend using a soft damp cloth to clean the bag. Although you can use detergents on them we would recommend only using mild ones. Do not fully submerse the metal parts. We recommend line drying the bags.

Why haven't I heard of you before?

We are an extremely new company. But the response so far has been overwhelming. In the first 3 weeks of our launch we were already featured in several international style magazines, TV and catwalks

We have many independant retailers in Europe. You can also buy them directly from this site here

I'm worried about online security?

We all have to worry about the ever increasing amount of online and credit card fraud. For this reason we accept payments via PayPal only. We do this so you don’t have to worry about credit card fraud and also to give you the extra protection from PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can contact us and wewill do our best to help.

How will my order be shipped?

We send our bags almost exclusively by DHL. A tracking number will be provided if required. Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail

Can I return my purchase.

Yes. We offer a no question 14 day return policy. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We strongly recommend sending it recorded delivery for your protection. Please contact us first before sending.
